"Registration Form" Cookies
The personal data collected (name, email*, company, position, country, and any other unspecified data, excluding billing information) within the registration fields on the Event form are for Event management purposes and for Leading - Congress Organization and Management, Lda. Considering that:
- The personal data "email" is mandatory to ensure correct delivery of relevant notifications related to the status of your registration or other general useful information regarding the Event - without this data, we cannot proceed with sharing.
- The remaining data (name, company, position, country, and any other unspecified data, excluding billing information) allow us to personalize communication and generate reports of registered participants in order to tailor content and filter notifications.
- In the case of billing-related data (name, entity, address, VAT number, telephone, and any other unspecified data), these will be used exclusively for accounting and financial procedures regarding registration for the Event.
The mentioned data will not be used for any other purpose and will be retained by the organizing entity for 2 years.
You may exercise your rights provided by law (access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability) in writing to [project email] or to another email specified in the registration form, without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
When you submit your personal data, they will be protected through security protocols appropriate for internet communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
OTHER TERMS & COMMITMENTS
Use of Image
This Event may be photographed and filmed by the Organization. By participating, you accept that the images may be used for promotional purposes, within the scope of the Event.
User Commitment
The user must commit to make appropriate use of the content and information provided by Tropical Summit 2024 on its website, including:
A) Not engaging in activities that are illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;
B) Not disseminating propaganda or content of a racist, xenophobic nature, online gambling houses, games of chance, any type of pornography, advocacy of terrorism, or against human rights;
C) Not causing damage to the physical (hardware) and logical (software) systems of Leading, its suppliers, or third parties, to introduce or spread computer viruses or any other hardware or software systems capable of causing the aforementioned damages.
